Looking for a club that was more focused on development, we had the kids work out with multiple clubs before we found out about Velocity. The difference in quality, philosophy, and dynamics with trainers and coaches was immediately apparent and we couldn't be happier with our decision to join. Every coach knows the kids' names and parents' names, and is attentive to the players' strengths and weaknesses and adjust goals accordingly.
The club feels more like a family than a business, even though training sessions are serious business. Training is very much directed at development of skills individually and tactics as a team. A club like this is a rare find in the US and we're so happy to have it right here in the US!"
"We have been a part of Carolina Velocity since the club’s inception. With our son having played soccer in the triangle area for over 6 years, we’ve had the opportunity to explore a lot of different local programs. We feel the coaching at Carolina Velocity is unparalleled! The training is consistent and follows a clear curriculum that my son not only enjoys, but has brought his skill set and love of the game to the next level. While stay at home orders and social distancing have been in effect, the coaches have been awesome by sending out daily coaches challenges, links to strength & conditioning videos; even live streaming training sessions on social media to keep the kids engaged and involved.
